Managing your Workspace

Workspace is a group of teams or members within an organization.
Sign in to Workspace with the Owner account.
Click the Workspace name area in the upper left corner.
Click Settings.
Click Workspace settings under Preferences.
Click Edit, enter a new name, and Save.
Upload the image to represent your Workspace.
If you don't upload a profile logo for your Workspace, it displays a randomly colored background with the first letter of your Workspace in its center.
Sign in to your Workspace with the Owner account.
Click the Workspace name area in the upper left corner.
Click Settings.
Click Workspace settings under the Preferences tab.
Click the logo image area.
Select an image from your computer and click Open.
Supported image formats include JPEG, PNG, GIF, BMP, and SVG.
Sign in to the Workspace with the Owner's account.
Click the Workspace name in the upper left corner.
Click Settings.
Click the Members tab.
Click the Invite button and send an invitation to your new Member.
You can view only the members from the Workspace you are currently accessing. To see the complete list of members for the Workspace you've created, click her
Sign in to the Workspace with the Owner account.
Click the Workspace name in the upper left corner.
Click Settings.
Click the Members tab.
Click Remove at the right end of the user list. Confirm the removal.
Here you can leave the Workspaces. Plus, you can also edit your Workspace's profile image and name, as well as in the Workspace Settings.
Your account comes with a permanent Workspace that cannot be deleted or removed. However, if you were invited to join a Workspace as a member, you can leave at any time.
To leave a Workspace,
Sign in to the Workspace with your account.
Click the Workspace info in the under left corner.
Click Leave.
After leaving the Workspace, you won't be able to re-enter it unless invited to do so. If you are no longer part of the Workspace, all your projects will be kept, but you will no longer be displayed as their creator.
Member Seats refer to the number of members that can be added to your Workspace. To customize this number, upgrading to an Enterprise Plan is required, as separate purchasing options for seats are not currently available. To learn more about upgrading, please contact us.
