You can create groups for different teams, departments, product areas, and business units.
Multiple groups can be operated at the same time, and you can access any projects you are included in.
One of the biggest benefits of Workspace is that you can create as many groups as you need. Every group has its dedicated working area, where group members can access their group projects.
Masters and Members can get a Group Manager's advantage, which does not overlap with the advantages of Master and Member. The Group Manager does not have permission to manage Workspace, but they can manage a few of the group's administrative tasks.
You can invite Group Members in two ways:
Add a single Member by searching one's Email
Add multiple Members by searching their Emails
Adding a Group Member does not require an acceptance process, and the member is immediately included in the group.
Click the Group name.
Click the Members button next to the group title.
Use the search bar to find any user's name or Email within your Workspace.
A list of the members appears at the bottom of the input field when you enter the email of the member.
You can invite a member by clicking an add icon.
In the left panel, click the Group name.
Click the Members button next to the group title.
Click the Add members to {Group name} button at the bottom of the input field.
Enter their email address. You can also invite multiple members simultaneously.
Click the Send invite button to invite all the members you added.
If you cannot see the Invite button on the right corner, it means you are not an Owner, Master, or Group Manager of your Workspace.
Traditionally, 3D work has often involved working alone on your projects. SQUARS allows users to collaborate on a single project, working on 3D content together in real-time. All projects are automatically saved and kept up-to-date.
You can create or edit projects as Editor, and upload them to the Workspace.
