The access authority is issued automatically to the member when you invite another user to your project. You cannot invite those who do not belong to your Workspace to the project.
Q: What is the difference between the Group member and the invited member? A: An invited member can receive emails when comments and replies have been made. And it is also possible to invite a specific member to the limited project which has not been shared with the Group.
Open the project in the workspace.
Click the Invite button in the top-right corner.
Enter the member's username or email in the input field. To invite multiple users at the same time, use Enter to type their usernames and emails.
Click Send invite button to send an email invitation to their address.
The invited user can access the project without a further confirmation process.
When a member who does not belong to the Group is invited to the project, or the project is not within the Group, it is possible to access the project at Workspace > Recent.
You can control the access authority of the invited member by going back to the invite modal of the project.
Open the project in the Workspace.
Click the Invite button in the top-right corner.
Mouse over to the list of invited members.
Select Remove to remove their access to the project.
Click the Remove button to confirm.
A Workspace member cannot access the project, nor receive an email when comments are created within the project.
A member who belongs to the Group can access the project, but cannot receive emails about the created comments within the project.
A member who does not belongs to the Group (Workspace member) cannot access the project, nor receive an email when comments are created within the project.
