The Viewport

Viewport is where you create your AR Content. It’s infinite, so you can set things up however you like. Work directly on the Viewport itself without worrying about running out of space. If you want to work on a grid or image, we recommend you to work on Surface.

This is the middle section of the SQUARS STUDIO interface. You can see and work with the effect you're building here.

The appearance of the Viewport can be customized by users. You can select the background (without selecting an object) and change it through the scene and surface in area on the right.

  • Scene: You can change the background color.

  • Surface: A virtual grid is provided to assist with your design work, which is not visible in the actual augmented reality preview or viewer.
